Cat Anxiety Treatments
Providence Animal Hospital & Pet Resort now has a variety of options to offer you for your cat’s comfort during their visit. Many cats respond well to calming supplements, calming collars and other nutraceuticals we can offer prior to your hospital visit. Other options may include prescribed medications to be given prior to your appointment, making your visit as stress free as possible. Many medications can be conveniently compounded for transdermal (through the skin) application, making it easier and less stressful for those cats that are averse to taking a pill orally.
